Today we have published PS6.1.1 and LightFrame3.0.1. I have spent a lot of time working around a problem with 10.7, but the fix I did, unfortunately, hurt the performance of the underlaying graphics library, which affected both PS and LF. Today’s fix removes all the stability and performance issues caused by the previous updates.

Hello everyone!
At last, the “PhotoStyler” 6 is available on the Mac AppStore. The store representes the latest “6.0.2″ build with some bugfixes, we have also updated the website version.
In addition to Styler, we have published a small bugfixing release for the “Fumy” app, 2.0.1 fixes crashes on resize and “bucket” tool, this been has been sent into the AppStore, but isn’t yet available.

Oh, and the last detail: PhotoStyler, LightFrame and Sketcher app in MAS are available with 50% discount. This price will stay up to 1-3 January (depending on app). Happy Holidays!

At last, Fumy 2.0 is released. Here is the change list:

• Layers support. added
• Supported canvas size extended (up to 20k).
• New renderer with better performance and less memory consumption.
• New design.
• A bunch of bugfixes.

The app is available for update and download, AppStore version will be submitted shortly and should appear in 7-10 days (I hope). The update is FREE, but the regular price for the app has been rised to $19.99.

Hello all,
Here is some info about the Fumy 2.0 we are testing now. The app was completely re-build and re-designed, we have (a bit) new renderer, better look and lots of new features! First of all, the app works faster and smoother now. Second, it consumes way less memory. Third, it brings full layers support.

Overall the app now stays much closer to a regular bitmap editor with a set of tools, although I don’t know other editors with a “smoke” tool

Our major update was published with few annoying bugs, but today I’m glad to publish a hotfix. Thanks to all users who sent us the reports!

Fumy 1.6 has been uploaded on the website. The change list:

• Memory management improved.
• Smoke brush “darken” mode color fix.
• Few bugfixes.

As you can see, this release is focused on fixes & improvements. The app is much more stable now, plus it should use much less memory in most cases – pretty useful for old machines and high resolution canvas.
